Featuring Engelhard Industries leading edge catalytic technologies and Stoddard Silencers’ leading edge industrial noise control know-how. We offer a number of catylitic combination silencers to accommodate your needs.
This includes DE NOx systems for rich burn engines giving up to 98% NOx reduction (nitrogen oxide), Camet carbon monoxide systems for gas turbines with a number of patterns to choose from if pressure drop is an issue, and 3 way SCR systems (Selective Catalytic Reduction) for rich burn engines which reduce the emission of nitrogen oxide by more than 90%.
These systems are ideal for environments with simple cycle turbines where the need to control NOx emissions below turbine exhaust levels are critical and noise control is top priority. The silencer can be made from a choice of carbon or stainless steel and is offered in a number of grades and nozzle configurations to suit each customer’s requirements.
These catalytic silencer combinations offer the benefit of noise and emissions reductions all in one unit for both diesel and natural gas engines. Our easy access design allows for proper servicing of both the silencer and catalytic element. Our engineers work with each customer to ensure the design which is chosen is the right one for each environment.
